Actively seeks customer input, anticipates customer needs.
Develops content knowledge in HR core areas and foundations.
Under general supervision, responsible for day-to-day
administration of policies and programs covering several or
all of the following: recruiting, compensation and benefits,
training, employee and labor relations, safety, and
personnel research.
Bachelors degree and three to five years of experience
required or a graduate degree with two years of experience.
